99.6 Alumina Ceramic Parameters
99.6 alumina is white powder or fine sand, with good fluidity, stable performance, more insoluble in acid-base solution, and good sintering performance. It is used as raw material in high aluminium refractory, electromagnetic devices and polishing and grinding products. High density and impact energy can greatly improve the grinding efficiency. Bottom abrasion can ensure the purity of crushed materials. Its wear resistance is 2030 times higher than that of traditional spheroids. It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance and can be used in acidic media.
Alumina has a wide range of applications: precision bearings, instruments, instrumentation, pen-making, mechanical accessories, punching and extrusion holes, oil fields, hydrochloric acid laboratories, hardness measuring instruments, fishing gear, counterweight, decoration, finishing and other high-end industries.
